Utah National Guard Benefits:
STA General Info
- Applies to all accredited schools NOT just schools located in Utah
- Service members (Army and Air) are authorized up to $7,000 per state fiscal year (1 July - 30 June)
- The school will be paid directly based on the funding approved
- Students eligible for Federal Tuition Assistance (Army) or the State Tuition Waiver (Army and Air) should apply for those programs first.
- Service obligation to the Utah National Guard from the end date of the course requested is two years.
Important Note: To protect privacy and ensure accurate enrollment, the student is responsible for managing all direct communication and coordination with their school. The STA Education Office is unable to contact school officials or advocate on your behalf.
